Runway Romp Motorcycle Races September 11th and 12th

This is the year to come out and see exciting motorcycle racing in your home town. The Vintage Road Racing Association (VRRA) holds its final race of the season at the North Bay airport. See over 100 competitive racers on vintage motorcycles and sidecars.

Celebrate the Romp's 10th anniversary with many special events. Ride the latest Honda motorcycles, courtesy of North Bay Cycle and Sport and Honda Canada. Bring your own motorcycle to DynoTunes for a professional test of your bike's power. Meet biking celebrity Heather Ireland of Biker TV as she and her crew film the event for national TV.

The Amazing Race, hosted by Habitat for Humanity, arrives on Saturday with participants solving motorcycle related challenges. Helicopter Canada offers flights with great views of the races and photo ops. On Sunday, bring your street bike and take it out on the track for thrills. COGECO cable will record the racing for your enjoyment on our local cable channel. Lunch and beverages will be served each day by The Bull and Quench. Support NADY and buy your morning coffee in the pit area. Enjoy meeting the racers and crews for a great social evening on the Chief Commanda. Get your tickets at the souvenir tent for a 2.5 hour Dinner Cruise Saturday evening; tickets are only $20 and the Chief leaves the dock at 5:30pm.

Entrance is $25 weekend or $15 per day. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult, and parking is free. No pets or alcohol.
